We’re so glad COTR is for you! We aren’t about owning you (having members just to have them) rather, we are about your life, what you need, what you want, and how we can be of service to well, YOU. COTR is all about people living their lives the way God intended. Church of the Redeemed (COTR) is a dynamic non-denomination Christian ministry that is solely focused on developing the whole man/woman according to the example of Christ.

We believe in family and that Church is an extension of the family unit. COTR offers all that an individual, couple, or family will or would ever need to be an effective believer in Christ. We are encouraging, praising, worshiping, the whole bible believing, bold, steadfast, reconciling, forgiving, Holy Spirit-filled, and the face-of-God-seeking Christian church.

Our mission is to make the life-changing wisdom of the Holy Bible understandable and accessible to all. Minister to the deeply wounded and hurting through outreach programs and be an example before others (living so others can see Jesus in us) by providing a safe environment for all who visit the Church of the Redeemed by feeling free to worship and fellowship without fear of persecution.

Our Statment of Faith

We believe the Bible to be the inspired and only infallible and authoritative Word of God. We believe that there is one God, eternally existent in three persons: God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Ghost. We believe in the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, in His virgin birth, in His bodily resurrection, in His ascension to the right hand of the Father, and in the blessed hope of His personal visible return to this earth to receive Himself His blood-bought church, that it may be with Him forever.

We believe that the only means of being cleansed from sin is through repentance and faith in the precious blood of Christ. We believe that regeneration by the Holy Spirit is absolutely essential for personal salvation.

We believe that the redemptive work of Christ on the cross provides healing of the human body in answer to believing in prayer. We believe that baptism with the Holy Spirit, according to Acts 2:4, is given to believers who ask for it. We believe in the sanctifying power of the Holy Spirit by whose indwelling the Christian is enabled to live a Holy life. We believe in the resurrection of both the saved and the lost, the one to everlasting life and the other to everlasting damnation.
